Telephone lines
The phone lines are closed between 1pm and 2pm daily although access to the building remains open, except on Fridays when the phone lines and building are both closed. Every third Wednesday of the month the phone lines will be off between the hours of 1pm and 3pm for staff training.
Enhanced access appointments
- Monday to Thursday evenings, 6:30pm to 7pm
- Wednesday and Friday mornings, 7:30am to 8am
These additional appointments will be available 7am to 8am and 6:30pm till 8pm every weekday and on Saturdays between 9am to 5pm these appointments are offered across the network practices.

If you need medical help now, use NHS 111 online or call 111.
NHS 111 online is for people aged 5 and over. Call 111 if you need help for a child under 5.
