Patient Survey Feedback – 23 June 2021

We have received feedback from nearly 200 patients in our surgery which we are grateful for in order to help us develop our new normal going forwards!

We heard from you the following:

  • There’s a preference for telephoning the surgery in order to arrange an appointment with still a significant role for eConsult.
  • Face to Face as well as telephone appointments are preferred.
  • Text messages for communication and clinician continuity are important.

From your feedback some of the changes we are making include actively creating more face to face appointments and improving our telephone access options to our Care Navigators.
