đź’» This means you’ll once again be able to contact us online between 8am and 6:30pm – for medical issues, admin requests, or routine appointments – without having to wait on the phone.
đź’ˇ If you can’t use the online form, don’t worry – our trained reception team can complete it for you over the phone or in person. Every contact will collate the same quality of information for our triage team.
👉 What does “Total Triage” mean?
It’s a new system where every clinical request is reviewed by a clinician before an appointment is booked. This means you don’t have to wait in a “first come, first served” queue – no more 8am scramble! Instead, your needs are matched to the right care, at the right time, with the right professional – whether that’s a GP, nurse, pharmacist, or another member of our healthcare team.

To make this change, we are updating all our appointment templates. This means we won’t be able to book routine appointments beyond mid-October for now.
👉 Don’t worry – routine care will still be available. From mid-October, it will be managed through Total Triage so your request is handled in the safest and fairest way.
