Thank you for your patience whilst we have had several staff shortages due to sickness especially in the month of January. However unfortunately we still have some staff off at the beginning of February also. Thank you for your understanding if your appointment has been rescheduled in view of this.
If you need to book an appointment, please call our reception team who shall work with you to arrange the right appointment – with the right person at the right time – based on the need at hand. We are trying to improve clinician continuity to aid in patient care, and for this reason we may ask you to wait for a prebookable appointment which can be up to 4-6 weeks at times. Please be assured that urgent queries shall be dealt with in a timely manner.
We are still enforcing Covid precautions here at the surgery should you be invited in for a face to face appointment to ensure that we keep you and our staff safe during these times.
Please continue to wear a facemask when you come to the surgery, take a lateral flow test before you come ideally and utilise our hand sanitising stations. If you develop any symptoms of possible Covid please arrange a PCR test by calling 119. We may ask you to wait in the car park prior to your appointment if you have any symptoms of Covid and you need to be seen.
