We have started our Spring Booster COVID Vaccine Programme for all patients aged 75 or over plus patients who are immunocompromised. This will be around six months after their previous vaccine.
If you have not booked your appointment yet and are in the above groups you can contact the booking team on 07436 030790 or 074360 30258. The lines are open between 09:30 am and 15:00 pm Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays). Please do not call the surgery – the booking process is managed by a separate team.
We ask you to wear a Face Mask when you visit the surgery in order to protect our vulnerable patients and as part of the government’s living with COVID plan in healthcare settings. Please adhere to social distancing where possible when visiting the surgery.
Should you be requested to drop in a Urine Sample you can do so at reception – urine samples will only be processed if requested so please do not drop in samples otherwise.
We have started the new Community Pharmacy Consultation Scheme. Upon calling our care navigators, when the concern at hand is appropriate you may be offered an appointment with one of the fully qualified pharmacists at the local pharmacy. This shall include an assessment and conversation with the pharmacist, in the privacy of a consultation room. Your appointment shall be offered within 24 hours. The pharmacist has the right clinical training to assess you and recommend the best treatment for some common conditions.
