Our vaccination programme is still going strong – look at our previous facebook posts for these walkin clinic dates – go and grab a jab!

We wish to give a huge thanks to our patients for giving us such good feedback in the recent annual patient survey! 94% of respondents were satisfied with the appointment they were offered and 100% or respondents find the receptionists at this GP practice helpful.

We wish to communicate with you that we are listening to your feedback, and one of the improvements we are making is to install a new phone system at the end of August helping with our telephone access.

After 48 years of faithful service to Churchdown Surgery, Beryl, our receptionist and phlebotomist has made the decision to retire. For many she has been the voice of Churchdown Surgery when ringing up to book an appointment, or a cheerful face at reception when booking in, or keeping you at ease whilst having blood taken. We extend our thanks for all her work over the years and wish her a well-earned retirement.

Please continue to keep to social distancing and mask-wearing when visiting the surgery for the safety of patients and staff. At times we may ask you to wait in your car in the car-park before your appointment. All to keep our patients and staff safe.

Let’s continue to keep each other safe, especially with the Delta variant circulating, and remember Hands, Face, Space, Fresh Air! ..and grab a jab!
