Appointment Only Door Policy

We are currently operating an ‘appointment only’ door policy. Please only come to the surgery to attend your appointment. Where possible please come alone to help us ensure footfall through the building remains low so we can keep our vulnerable patients safe.

If you are arriving for an appointment you will need to go to the entrance doors and use the intercom, where a receptionist will check you are wearing a mask and let you in. You will then be asked to sanitise your hands and find a seat until you are called. Seats are spaced 2m apart.

Please DO NOT come into the surgery for any enquiries, instead please call Reception. If you are looking to book an appointment as you have a medical problem please submit an eConsult online at Trained Health navigators monitor eConsults all day and ensure an appointment is booked at the appropriate time and will let you know when to expect a response from a clinician. If you have an urgent medical need or are unable to use eConsult please call the surgery as normal.

Repeat prescriptions can be requested in the following ways:

  • Via the NHS App (to register:
  • Online (If you already have access, please log into Patient Access)
  • Writing to us and posting in the post box outside main front entrance (Please remember to give full name, date of birth and address along with the name of medications required).
  • Please only use the phone line if you have no other way of ordering your medication.
