Friends & Family Test Results

Would you recommend us to your friends and family?

We need you to help us!  This is the question we are asking all our patients who have used our services within the last few months.  Have you picked up a prescription, booked an appointment, seen a Doctor or Nurse?

The NHS friends and family test is an important opportunity for you to provide feedback on the care and treatment you receive and in turn to help us improve our services.

Taking part is voluntary. But we would very much appreciate your involvement.

All you will be asked to do is complete our short and simple online survey (see link above) or complete one of our postcards in surgery.  Leave it in the box or complete online, asking how likely you would be to recommend us to your friends and family. There is also room to fill in any comments you may have about the care you received from us.

Your answer will not be traced back to you, and your details will not be passed on to anyone. A member of your family or a friend is welcome to answer the question if you are unable to.

The results of the friends and family test will be published nationally from the beginning of January 2015, and we will provide easy access to our individual results at the same time.

In addition, we will display our results on our noticeboards and online.

Thank you very much for your help and co-operation in this matter it is much appreciated.
