The following information explains how to sign up to online services.
To sign up to this service (called Patient Access) you will first need to complete a registration form.
You can print out the form and bring it with you to the surgery to register: Online Services Registration or you can ask reception for a copy of the form to complete.
Once completed and you present some photographic ID and proof of address to verify your identity, a receptionist will print off a registration form with your username and password. You must then access the Patient Access website https://www.patientaccess.com/ and click on 'Register Online' to complete the process. This will enable you to access the online appointment booking and prescription request services.
Once you have signed up for this service you will be able to:
- Check your booked appointments online
- Pre-book appointments
- Cancel existing appointments
- Order repeat prescriptions
- Access to your medical records (subject to consent)
